Fall, sometime referred to as Harvest
Many like the newness and freshness of Spring, the cleaning out of closets and Garages,and other things...
Some Like Summer for BBQ's and Pool Parties and other 4th of July Fireworks, Vacations and this....
Some love winter for snow and Christmas for New Years, new Resolutions new chances to do things right!
BUT I love Fall the best.
The cold days that mean you can pull out you sweaters and slippers, That means a trip to Apple Hill, and the Pumpkin Patch... Cooking 4 Turkeys for the Thanksgiving Dinner (at our Church) with my GOOD friend Miss Brown... Pies and Chili... casseroles and crock pots... This and much more is what fall means to me... What does it mean to you?
I too love FALL. I love the cooler weather, I love the fall decorations. The baking that takes us right into Christmas baking... The pumpkin carvings, etc.

Oh, goody. I get to be your first ever comment! Yay! Fall means the promise of rain, cool weather, the holidays approaching, warmer clothes. I do occasionally wish we lived where Fall meant that winter--real, snowy winter--were just around the corner. But I am content that we will have rain. I am waiting sort of patiently for it.
